High Court Orders for Removal of Private Caveat and Injunctive Relief
Our firm represented a commercial property owner in proceedings arising from disputed private caveats affecting the owner’s ability to deal with the property.
The High Court granted orders removing the caveat and restraining further caveats by the individual property negotiator. General damages were also allowed against the individual, with the amount subject to separate assessment.
