  • Section 33 (4) – “A person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding Five Thousand Ringgit (RM 5,000.00)”
  • Section 33 (6) – “Any person who engages a construction site supervisor or skilled construction worker who is not accredited and certified by the Lembaga to carry out any construction work shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding Five thousand Ringgit (RM 5,000.00)”
